The Tour of Guangxi is one of Asia's highest-prestige cycling races, holding UCI WorldTour status — the sport's top tier — and attracting the world's leading professional teams and riders. Held in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in southern China, the race features stages that combine flat coastal sprints with challenging climbs through Guangxi's dramatic karst landscape.

The 2026 edition runs from 13–18 October and is part of the UCI WorldTour's Asia swing alongside the Tour of Hangzhou and the Gree-Tour of Guangxi. The WorldTour teams use the race to assess form ahead of the end-of-season classics and to give leadership opportunities to riders working their way up the team hierarchy. China's investment in hosting WorldTour events has significantly raised the profile of professional cycling in the country.
